Jamie is originally from Maine and enlisted in the Marine Corps shortly after high school. Her military service was an life-changing experience, affording her the opportunity to serve her county and live in a handful of states, as well as overseas. After leaving the Marines, Jamie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on marketing. She worked for years in the financial sector, in both banking and consumer lending.
